Competitions and/or Newsletters
On occasion, we may run a competition either via our website, newsletter and/or social media. When you enter a competition we may collect your name, email address and postal address. This will be kept securely and will only be used in conjunction with the competition and deleted afterwards unless you have indicated interest in subscribing to our newsletter in which case your name and email address will be retained. This data will be retained on a secure database. You may opt out of this at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter.

Our website is secured by HTTPS technology, ensuring SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate encryption. Payment Service Provider
All payments made through our website are processed through Stripe, our Payment Service Provider. Stripe are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and are certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the highest compliance rating available. In cases whereby added services or tailor-made packages are booked and payment is made via Bank Transfer, all transactions are SEPA compliant. S.R. Travel Ltd t/a Staycations-Ireland does not hold any credit or debit card information or any other financial information provided by you.

Social media sites are governed by their own independent Privacy Policies. We therefore do not accept any liability or responsibility for these other sites/apps including in instances where you may get in touch with us through them.
Your Rights
You can find out about any information we hold about you by submitting a “right of access” request in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations. If we do hold any information about you, we will tell you why we hold it, who it has been or will be disclosed to and provide you with a copy of the information.
