How do I pay?
Full payment is required on booking and is made via credit card payment through the payment platform Stripe. Payment by Bank Transfer is also possible in extenuating circumstances.
To pay online via Stripe, simply select the “Book Now” tab from the relevant trip page on our website. You will then be asked to complete the online booking form and proceed to payment. All payments made are completely secure and processed by Protx using 128-bit SSL encrypted technology.
For online bookings we accept payment by Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Debit and Solo debit cards or Visa/Mastercard credit cards. Full payment is required in all instances at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Does Staycations-Ireland offer other packages than displayed online?

What are your opening hours and how can I get in touch?
The office is open between 9am – 4:30 pm on weekdays. Either write us an email or give us a call during office hours. We do answer emails at the weekends, but not on a regular basis. If these times do not suit you, please send us an email and we will arrange a convenient time for a call.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, if you are interested in a bespoke package we will find a self-catering accommodation or a hotel which allows dogs for you.
I have dietary requirements – do you take care of my needs?
Of course! When submitting your signed contract, please send us a list of your requirements and we will forward them to our suppliers prior to your arrival.
I am a solo traveller, do I have to pay a single supplement?
Yes. Depending on the package and the accommodation you chose the supplement may differ.
How much of a deposit do I need to pay and when is the balance due?
No deposit is necessary as full payment is required on booking.
I have booked a trip but can unfortunately no longer travel. How do I cancel and what are the terms?
